Horse Riding improves muscle strength and tone ,co-ordination skills and balance.
It has also been proven to build confidence and promote social skills.
40 min horse riding lesson

Recommended to beginners and advanced Riders.
30 min horse riding lesson
R200 p/p
Recommended to younger children and beginners.
Our riders don't compete in the show world but rather are kept in an enviroment where there is nothing of a competitive nature to improve our riders not only as horse riders but as people too.
